My daughter and I had a great experience at Big Air Trampoline Park. At check-in David was very helpful. All of the staff we encountered from the snack bar to those supervising all of the cool attractions were friendly and courteous. I recommend taking your kids here.
We love Big Air and have been here several times with all good experiences. The year pass is totally worth it. My kids push themselves and get a good workout while having a ton of fun. Staff have always been helpful and kind. This time around we had great experience with Erica, exceeding in friendly and positive customer service, and James and Kelmin were also very helpful. We will keep coming back.
