We ordered a giant water unit for a high school graduation party from Big Air Jumper, and the entire experience was excellent. Their customer service team was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer all of our questions. Delivery was smooth and on time, and everything went exactly as expected. I would definitely recommend their services and would gladly use them again for future events.
