Top Notch Service! I rented a Big Air Jumpers bounce house for my son's 6th b-day. The office went out of their way to help me. I ordered it the day before and they assured me that everything was going to be perfect. The office called to confirm the order and the driver called to confirm the set up time on the day of the event. The service was so good, I gave the driver a tip. I would recommend Big Air Jumpers to everyone.
Wonderful Company! I live in Colorado Springs and have rented from Big Air Jumpers many times. Not only are the office staff knowledgeable about their products but the drivers and the rest of the staff is very polite. They were always on time for my events and answered any questions that I had about the bouncers. The prices are great and the bouncers are always clean and neat upon delivery. great company! I have rented from Big Air Jumpers at least a half dozen times! For my personal use and thru church functions...nothing but a positive experience each and every time. The delivery guys are very nice and helpful and every time I call to place my order nothing but helpful and knowledgeable!! I love Big Air Jumpers I have nothing but Good things to say about big air jumpers. I have rented several times for 2 years in a row. The office staff is highly educated in their jobs and always nice and courteous, any drivers I have dealt with are always on time and always nice, sometimes even entertaining. I feel their pricing is competitive but what keeps me with them is their customer service and company experience I have had. DB
World Class Service on the 4th of July! We live in Arvada and had a GREAT experience with Big Air Jumpers on 4th of July! During the booking process, they explained the contract thoroughly and their weather cancellation policy is extremely accommodating. Their crew came out and set it all up for us, explained the operation and then returned to take it down and return it for us. The kids had a FANTASTIC 4th of July and we will make this an annual rental!!
Friendly service, great prices This place is fantastic to work with. Not only do they have a HUGE selection of jumpers that your kids will love, but they come to you - set it up and come back to pick it up. Their prices are the best in Denver. We just recently rented one from this company and were charged $150 for the entire day. You can't beat that!
