Cool store good people
Stopped into Big Agnes in Steamboat. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and product knowledge. I bought a down coat and will visit again, probably even on this Steamboat visit!
I’ve had two very disappointing experiences with warranty and repair. I had a zipper on the rain fly go bad, they repaired it and it broke again first time out. I sent it back again and they told me it was not repairable so they offered me 40% off retail of a new tent. Which is ridiculous. The warranty is useless, it’s a trap to make you buy more product from them. I have several BA tents but I will not be supporting this company anymore.
