Big Agnes has a worthless warranty that the company does not honor. After my Copper Spur HV UL1 tent rainfly zipper failed after just a half-dozen uses — causing me to abandon a backpacking trip — the company would not fix the zipper or replace the rainfly, in opposition to its stated warranty policy. I went to BAP with my friends and Ethan was working. Ethan was very knowledgeable and he helped us out with everything—definitely deserves a raise because I know he’s not getting paid enough for his great work! He was telling us about the company’s history and giving us recommendations for everything along with honest reviews. I loved my experience at the store. We got cool stickers! Tysm Ethan, you’re the GOAT.
These guys are great. Products are legit. I've got multiple. Dylan recently helped me with a small issue. No hassle, no fuss. They could have nickel and dimed me, given excuses and got more money out of me. But they didn't. Just stood by their product. Real customer service. I'll continue to buy from and support this company. Highly recommend. Great company.
Just like the reviewer below I sent in a tent with zippers that had failed due to poor workmanship and fabric that was failing and leaking. Top of the line tent. And they just said it’s wear and tear. They didn’t even offer to try to fix it. She said they couldn’t fix any of it because they found some duct tape residue in one spot we field fixed.
