We bought an Alpine 3700FL two years ago. We were told the service department was really good which is something I’ve never heard about an RV dealership. Turned out they were right. Chris, the service manager has been outstanding. This is definitely the best place to buy an RV.
This is a new experience for us. We took a nice walk through the lot and found 2 travel trailers we liked. The guy was very nice and answered our questions. The day we picked it up, we were given a walk through explaining all the features and how to hook it up.
I follow several Facebook camping pages and see postings about nightmare experiences with RV dealers. We want to give a shout out to Big Adventure RV. The purchase was so low-key and laid-back with the salesman, Matt. We have had some issues with our 2024 Keystone Sprinter, but the service guy, Chris, has been amazing. He gets us in right away and never questions anything and gets our issue taken care of. I would recommend them for their service.
