I thought this Brady character was decent but after his worker caused a serious financial loss to my girlfriend’s pool he’s been feeding us a bunch of BS to keep us from taking him to court. Take a second and check the reviews!! He and Dante both work for this company but they have wrote reviews pretending to be customers. ***update**after filing a BBB complaint this company has refused to respond to the complaint. I can't imagine the reason I company would keep a $1,000.00 over payment for any reason. People talk about how bad warranty companies are, well this is one of the reason it's hard doing business with shady people. Even the employee Brady Petty is going on Google and writing fraudulent reviews as a customer.
