We had a pleasant experience even though we didn’t buy tires from them. The gentleman here, helped us make sure our tire had enough air. Was even nice enough to help us back our large truck camper out of the parking lot.
After getting stuck on the side of the road for hours I started my next day with Daniel helping me figure out how to get my trailer towed to him. Then worked with my insurance to get everything taken care of and it was no easy task. I appreciate his help with everything he did, he went above and beyond.
Had a flat hauling 3 horses from AZ to WA and called these guys just before closing. By the time I got there it was about closing time and their entire staff all worked on my truck and trailer to get me back on the road quickly with a new tire. Only regret is I wish I would have had them swap out all my tires right then. Good people - would definitely recommend!
Big 8 has an incredibly amazing team of people went in for an oil change and the new tires I had gotten a couple months back had bubbles all around the replacers all four tires four me today thank you so much for all your help and hard work
