My experience at Big 7 Motel in Chula Vista was completely unacceptable and honestly disturbing. I was moved to four different rooms, and every single one had serious cleanliness issues. There were visible stains, including what appeared to be blood on the sheets, and I even encountered roaches. Really bad internet connection, people late at night with loud music drinking and smoking, lots of drama out in the parking lot, will never come back here again.
When I first got there I already knew I didn’t like it. Just bad vibes and loud during the night. Room was clean and smelled good but after smelled smoke, dresser wasn’t even a dresser. They never cleaned the room. Good thing I brought my own towels, blankets and pillows . They definitely need to remodel this motel. The lady asked for a $20 deposit and doesn’t accept card. If this is your last resort for a motel then go for it but if not find somewhere else.
