Roaches upon walking in. Door that barely stayed closed.
If I could give a zero stars I would so far the worst of the worst hotel I ever stayed. Sheets and towels "clean" the were all stained. Floor bathroom disgusting dirty, sink was leaking really bad and had toilet paper around the pipe to stop the leaking not to mention I was there for an emergency and I had booked a week in advance for them to take the money and then tell me the was no reservation on my name, it was a horrible experience due to a holiday weekend. I made a reservation for my sister to check in and the person is not Letting her check in… My sister showed them the email confirmation and showing she can check in for me but the lady who was there was being very rude to my sister and me over the phone.. I have contacted booking.com 4 times to change the name n they can see her name but I don’t understand why the front desk agent can’t see her name… later on a guy is not at the front desk and he told me that he don’t wanna lose her job checking her in into the reservation w... read more
english translation (dt. Originalversion weiter unten): Check-in denied (July 18th, 2025) I had a confirmed booking via Booking.com with the payment option "Pay at the property." Upon arrival, I was denied check-in due to alleged overbooking. My reservation was said to be canceled because I was the only guest who hadn´t prepaid. No alternative accommodation was offered, so I had to book a more expensive replacement hotel myself (60 USD more). Very disappointing - absolutely not recommended.
