I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone..it seemed to me that they are more interested in racking up as much added repairs as possible..I only went to this shop because the Big 5 Tire in Longview has always been a place my dad takes his vehicles to and has only had good experiences..living in Gladewater I chose to go to the White Oak location. I took my car for shock replacement..by the time I was out the door it was almost $3,000 for a bunch of added things I was told was wrong with my car..driving my car home from the sho... read more
Big 5 tire and auto service, friendly customer service, top name brand tires and wheels, Brakes, wheel alignment, shocks and more.
Do not, I repeat do not take your vehicle to this shop. I have spent around 3k on unnecessary repairs because they misdiagnosed my truck twice. I took it in for a shudder at 50-60. They said it was my hubs and bearings got those replaced. Did nt fix the problem. They said it was the rear differential and they could not repair it. Ok so im out 1k for parts and labor that was not necessary. Afew days later i see the rear axel is leaking i go back and i have to pay again to have them fix the seals because i bought my own part. ... read more
