great invenroty of sporting goods this Big5 store has a lot of inventory on basketball paraphenelia - their shoe supply is also very broad. they are constantly offering sales, so you can usually get stuff at a really good price
Don't expect decent customer service I walked in with a co-worker and we were not greeted, nor did they send anyone over to the shoe section even though it was obvious that I was needing some assistance. This store has low caliber staff who appear inconvenienced when a customer walks into their store wanting to buy something. I'm not sure what type of training these associates get, but whatever it is, it's not working. If it weren't for the low prices on the shoes that I wanted, I would be shopping elsewhere.
Small selection I went to Big-5 to find a certain sporting good item. I was pretty dissapointed with the small selection they had. I always thought of Big-5 to be one of the better sporting goods places but I have since changed my mind. The staff was friendly and courteous but the selection of items was small and pricey.
Good prices...lousy service This is a business that could be a huge success if they had an inkling of customer service. Poor service, however, seems to have become part of there culture. With new employees carrying on the sloth and loath of former workers. Each time I enter the store, I swear I am never coming back. Good Sales here Keep checking the paper. This store always seems to have some pretty good sales. So much cheaper than Sports Authority - and you get the same big name products. Be sure to check that none of your items are faulty.
Great selction Big 5 has a large variety of shoes for youth, men, and women. There is a good selection of goods for all your sporting needs. There is also items for fishing and hunting. they also carry attire for working out and sports. If they don't carry the size you need, they will find it for you at another store. The staff is nice and friendly.
sporting goods I always find good deals at Big 5. They carry great sporting goods at decent prices. I like this particular store because of the great staff that is always very nice and helpful. You will also find great shoes and apparel for men and woman. I highly recommend big 5 sporting goods.
