I was only a customer there for a little while and it was a very frustrating experience...after my vehicle was “fixed” I had to return several times for what was “repaired” and they were new parts... but I kept going back to give them the benefit of the doubt. They had to repair 2 more things on my car and again returned several times because it wasn’t repaired properly... I’m a very dissatisfied customer and regret giving them my money for repairs than to another company who really cares about their customers

big 4 saved the day carrying a tire for my lawn mower that kept me up and running when everywhere else was of no help. On top of that the service here was truly a positive and fun experience. Recommending Big 4 to all my commercial mowing friends.
