very comfortable Dr. Biffen is great and does a great job. He always talks to me about procedures and we weigh out all my options. I'm always comfortable there.
Like fam I'm always comfortable at Biffen. They are like family there which is why I'm so comfortable and love going there.
Amazing staff Staff is very friendly, professional and welcoming. I always feel they are on the level when explaining what I need to do to enhance my at home care and what options are available when a problem does come up.
No Pressure Environment Dr. Biffen and his staff are always on top of everything. If there are any issues he takes care of them and he doesn't try to talk you into things, he just gives you your options no pressure at all.
THE BEST The title says it all. Dr B is the BEST. He is by far the NICEST, CALMEST and BEST dentist I ever met. Lord knows Ive met many. His work always lasts not like other dentists I went to before I went to see him. His staff is very professional and very nice to talk to. Ive been a patient for 7 years and hope he continues doing this for MANY more years.
Driving 4 hours for superb service Dr. Biffen has done my dental work for almost 15 years. He is so gentle and kind that I drive a few hours to see him. When dentists in the DC area could not do a crown without breaking, I went to Dr. Biffen on recommendation. Never did it break.
excellent dentist and staff I have gone to Dr. Biffen since I was 4 years old. He is the most caring and professional doctor. His staff makes you feel so welcome like you are part of their family. There are plenty of people out there that are terrified to go to the dentist. I have seen first hand that he and his staff do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and not so affraid. I am now a mother and there is no one else I would have my children go to!
Amazing dentist After 7 months of problems with a tooth, root canal, crown, continuing pain & problems, Dr. Biffen spent alot of time fixing my bite to ease my pain. Very nice, sensitive and caring person with the expertise to get the job done in an exceptional manner! Colleen
pitiful Doctor himself rates 3 stars however is staff is unprofessional and rude. Since you have to deal with them to see the doc. I've changed dentists. This doctor must not interview his staff, or he ust puts blinders on to ignore it. Possibly they are nice to him, but he needs to see how they treat his patients.
