Horrible experience! DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY! We booked our travel with a $650 deposit to travel mid-May 2020. Due to the CoVid-19 pandemic, and Mexican/USA borders and the resort we booked closed during our travel dates, our travel plans had to be canceled. We were told that the deposit was non-refundable which was sent to Fun Jet Vacations. We booked another Fun Jet travel for 2021 with another travel agency and was informed that the $650 deposit could be used but needed to be “released” by Sarah S at Biever Travel, ... read more
