I walked in this office on Monday, 2/2 and inquired in braces removal. I specifically stated to not only the front desk, but the nurse that sat in the office with me during my appointment today as she continued to inquire in my personal life that had nothing to do with the reason behind my visit that I moved from another state unexpectedly after having my braces put on and the monthly commute was not going to work for me - so that I was looking to have my braces removed, get a deep cleaning, and potentially resume treatment ... read more
they are so nice, i was getting a braces exam and they showed me all the things around the place and the exam went well.
Dr. Bietsch and his team are a cut above the rest. I have been so humbled by the attention Dr. Bietsch has given both of my kids. My daughter came in with her first set of braces and her teeth went from a jagged mess to beautiful little tic tacs! She'll need another set when she's older, but I loved how easy it was for Dr. Bietsch to get her mouth to open up to make room for all those teeth coming in. Bietsch Orthodontics is absolutely fantastic! The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Bietsch takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about his patients. The office is clean, modern, and appointments always run on time.
