This company is run by less-than-honest people. I will spare the long story, but my wife and I purchased some used large limestone remnants that were very heavy. We paid for them and Biesanz said they would hold them until we could secure someone with the proper trucks to pick them up as they weigh over 800 lbs. each! Biesanz not only sold our stones to someone else, they refused to refund our money. They went so far as to say we already picked up our product and implied we are liars.
