Correction to my previous 5 star review. I used to rent trailers from this place all the time. My last trailer rental went off without a hitch until I got halfway to my destination and realized I had no trailer brakes. Upon looking into it further, I noticed that the cable had been dragging on the ground and wore through. I spliced the wires back together and continued on my journey. I own a hotshot company and rent trailers from these guys on the regular. The trailers are always in amazing shape, but we did have a mishap on a rear wheel bearing. I contacted them and Ricardo was awesome. He was more than helpful and helped us get back on the road in no time. Best equipment rental company in the Bakken

Rented a pump from this place once and the venturi hose was just dumping crazy amount of water in our containment. I think his name was Matt, manager, told me this was "normal".. Later that evening it got worse. Send him a pic with message asking if this is still "normal".. his response word for word "Bring it back. We are done. Don't text me again"... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I wish I could post the screenshot of the message

What amazing customer service. I would not have gotten my project done if they wouldn’t have gone out of their way to provide me with above and beyond service. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. They have made me a lifetime customer in one transaction.
