Ricardo was awesome to work with ,took time to fix what I needed fixed in a very timely matter
Great place to rent equipment. Customer service is great. I rented a boom lift, that had a electrical problem. Their mechanic Richardo came out and fixed the problem after dark in the middle of no where. BFE if u know what I mean. He went above the call of duty to ensure I was able to finish my project.
Correction to my previous 5 star review. I used to rent trailers from this place all the time. My last trailer rental went off without a hitch until I got halfway to my destination and realized I had no trailer brakes. Upon looking into it further, I noticed that the cable had been dragging on the ground and wore through. I spliced the wires back together and continued on my journey. I own a hotshot company and rent trailers from these guys on the regular. The trailers are always in amazing shape, but we did have a mishap on a rear wheel bearing. I contacted them and Ricardo was awesome. He was more than helpful and helped us get back on the road in no time. Best equipment rental company in the Bakken
