Bill was thorough, quick, respectful and helpful in explaining possible issues, making a quick diagnosis and being mindful of time, weather issues and cost. Highly recommend

Ordered a smart toilet, and found that the water lines and flange didn't line up properly. Called a few local plumbers, but not only was Biermann the first to answer immediately (others went to voicemail), they were able to send someone out within a couple days. The individual that came (Kyle) was awesome. He was polite, thoroughly explained everything he encountered, and was available for questions as well as to provide tips.
