My furnace wouldn't stay light and he came at 11:00 on a tuesday night and had it going in 2 mins with a quick clean of a small part. Great guy. I would recommend to friends and family
It seems the hardest thing to find is an honest service person. Well, I can vouch that this gentleman is honest. He actually told me I did NOT need to replace my furnace! Imagine that! He also cleaned my furnace a little and help me thaw out a pipe, and did not charge me a single cent! Mr.Biermann is the owner so you are dealing with someone who cares about the reputation of his business, not some large business where the employees are told to try suck as much money out of the customers as possible.
