Truly disappointing place, out of touch managers and most of them do not live in Ohio. RBTs are left to figure it out on their own with no breaks and no support. Beware.

This has been edited to reflect BIERMAN, GAHANNA This place sells you on something in the beginning, just to have a total different experience down the road. They do not provide incident reports. In my experience, there was a situation where they requested a signature without me having any knowledge of what happened. I simply declined and refused to sign it because the individual who requested a parental signature didn't know what happened themself. There were numerous discussions about some regression in areas. We loved this ABA center so much! Our daughter learned so much here and the staff was always so helpful. Our daughter loved coming here and always ran in excited to see her therapists! The therapists and staff made such amazing connections with our daughter. We could tell they really love her and that she really loves them! The director, Carolyn, always listened to any concerns we had. Her BCBA, Kate, was amazing in working with us and our daughter.
