Thank you for taking the time to show us around the Dublin location. Unfortunately, our tour left us feeling disappointed. The first thing we noticed upon entering the building was a strong urine odor. We were also surprised by the overall cleanliness and condition of the facility. Although we were told the Dublin location has been open for about three years, the environment appeared poorly maintained, with visible dirt, stains, and areas that seemed neglected. So grateful for all of the staff at Bierman-Dublin for all that they do for our daughter on a daily basis. We have seen so much growth since starting and can’t wait for what’s to come!

Bierman is truly the best decision a special needs parent could make. Our son has been receiving services for 3-4 years and is getting ready to transition out of Bierman in the next year which will be very sad. He enjoys going to therapy every single day. Bierman runs a tight ship with all of the staff you can tell they set high expectations, communication is great, and Bierman is very transparent about everything they do. Our daughter has been receiving services for the last 4 months and the progress she’s made has been incredible. She really enjoys attending the clinic and refers to it as “school”. The staff is very respectful and professional. They ensure that we as parents feel seen. High collaboration with us as well as our daughter’s SLP as she is receiving outside services for speech.
