I had a great experience at your reptile show. The man that checked us in was very nice and made the check in process very easy. Paul from the reptile circus was very nice and he showed the group lots of cool reptiles
Our son has been coming here now for over a year, and the improvement that he has made is incredible. The staff is great, friendly, and I could not recommend enough. Thankful for such an amazing staff, who help teach and care for Mr. Damian.
We had so many issues here. Number 1 being my daughter would have her entire outfit changed multiple days a week. Over and over again she was sent home with a bag, a bag of clothes drenched in URINE. I spoke to the staff about this numerous times.. but it did not improve. Instead, they changed the format of the daily report and took the word accidents out.
