I’ve been a customer for over 3 yrs now & I can’t say enough positive things about Bieri Hearing. Amber, my audiologist is caring, extremely professional & knowledgeable. She has assisted me several times & is always courteous & helpful, a true professional. Recently Bieri hired a new front dest secretary, Taylor. On my most recent visit I felt compelled to drop her a compliment because of her positive & helpful attitude. She was only on the job for 2 weeks but acted like a seasoned professional. My Partner took his hearing aids into be fixed and they had to send them in and told us that it would be 2 weeks before they would be in, then when I called they said that they were in, but it would be a week before that could see him. They did call us but then they did not have them charged all the way so they could not do what they had to so he has to go back again! the next week. I was referred here by a friend, and I will be refering friends as well! The initial visit was very informative, but not over the top. The data you get at the end of the meeting is very reader-friendly and helpful. The staff is also incredibly personable. Not once did anyone push hearing aids on me! I 100% recommend Bieri Bay City office!
