This was my first visit to the new office although I have been a client of Bieri hearing for thirty. Everything was first class. Audiologist Kim was very professional and friendly. Office manager was efficient and personable. New office is very nice

Had an awesome experience. The people in the Bay City Office rock. They always help me when I need something explained or if I can’t get something to work.
I had a broken hearing aid. Amber quickly identified the problem and assured me it would be repaired. It was about 1 week and it was back to the office. I was able to pick it up a soon after. Amber is Exceptional. I really appreciate her and the service she provides.
