As a patient with severe dental anxiety, I felt relaxed, welcomed, and informed with every step. The front staff was Smiling from the time I opened the door until after I left. The sweetest Assistant took her time with care and paid attention to not hurt my mouth during xrays and the whole procedure. Dr. Nguyen came in with a smile and instantly made me comfortable. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to get their dental health back on track with a facility who really cares.
The office and Crystal, the Dental Tech, went above and beyond for me. In the middle if my teeth being cleaned the gas company called about something I had to take care of at home. Immediately Crystal asked me if I was able to come back later in the day and finish the visit when everything was taken care of. I was not expecting that. Most doctors offices would not. I used to dread going to the dentist, but my recent visit was surprisingly awesome. As soon as I walked thru the door I was greeted with kindness and a smile from Ms. Michelle at the front desk ! My assistant miss ASHLI was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain each step of the process and answer all my questions. I absolutely adore this staff! They are a professional, friendly & relaxed team of individuals with whom one can always have simple conversation & laughter. Dr Dan ! I’m a big fan! The absolute best bedside manner and patience of a saint.
