This business quoted me a treatment plan with full in detail pricing of each individual service. Which i THOUGHT was fantastic. But it wasn't until I went to schedule said plan that they were telling me each service was going to be hundreds of dollars more than quoted. All because they did not run the numbers correctly. They say it's due to my insurance which I can understand but instead of quoting me prices that align with the insurance I had at that time, they gave me different prices. Very professional! I needed an extraction done bad because I was in pain! Less than 30 minutes it was out and didn’t even feel it !
I worked here for over a year and I have only good things to say about this practice. All the staff is very professional and knowledgeable, from the front desk, assistants, and hygienists to the doctors. They will always prioritize you and focus on your health above all else. They are very honest and caring. I promise you will be in good hands trusting them.

I highly recommend Bienville Dental. I recently had a dental emergency, and they got me in within an hour of my call. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and attentive to my needs. My issue was promptly and effectively taken care of. I will certainly be returning for future dental care!
