If there was a spot that I could leave a no star i most definitely would've i went to this clinic because I had an itchy rash on my back i saw Ms Amber np and she told me that it was scabies well scabies is contagious she gave me some cream to apply on the rash but it didn't get any better so I went to the minden urgent care and my rash wasn't scabies it was dermatitis. Amber definitely needs to go back to school and she also doesn't care about her patients.SHE HAS NO COMPASSION OR BED SIDE MANNER SO I WOULD GIVE A 0.
Awesome clinic! The other Ringgold clinic was closed at least 30 minutes early while this clinic stayed open past their hours to help my daughter. Everyone from the front staff, nurses and doctor were so sweet and caring!
Love Jenna great Dr. but the front desk staff need new jobs, they are RUDE UNHELPFUL AND JUST LAZY. It’s quite ridiculous honestly “I mean you chose that job so do it correctly..”
