The venue itself met most of my needs and was one of the few available options for my event date. While the space was a little tighter than I would have preferred, it worked for my daughter’s graduation party. Unfortunately, the customer service and communication did not met my expectations. We booked BienVenue Events for a business development event in late May of 2026, and the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. There was no one with authority to greet us on arrival — with the owner showing up only minutes before the event was scheduled to begin. The screen did not work, the projector did not work, there was no Wi‑Fi available (we had to use our photographer's mobile hotspot), the microphone did not work, and the lighting was completely unsuitable for a presentation-based event. My sister recently held her retirement party at this venue, and it was a wonderful experience. We had more than 60 guests in attendance, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. During setup, Brandon was there to ensure everything was in order and ready for the event. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the process stress-free.
