I have been coming here for years. Everyone is professional and friendly. January 9th, I came to the pharmacy window to pick up my prescription when an unfamiliar employee or staff substitute told me to wait. She was eating her lunch with her hands around patient medications- OSHA violation. And it's disgusting. And she couldn't be bothered to put down her lunch, wash her hands, and retrieve my medication. I was assisted by regular staff and thank goodness for them.
They all know me by now. Fast and very helpful. Good job guys.
Amazing staff that has gone above and beyond for me on a number of occasions without even having to ask. It's great to have a non-corpo, hometown option that keeps the same employees for years! My pharmacy of choice!
This pharmacy erroneously withheld my medication even after having the doctor’s office send a prescription and after I had the prescription moved to another pharmacy. Couldn’t get them to recognize it was their error and resulted in my going without medication multiple times.
