I have had a traumatizing experience with this dealership . Thankfully one person Benny D’Angelo tried to help me with getting a message to Isaac the finance manager who on a recorded call with Mercedes after going to the dealership in person said he would reimburse me the remainder of my trade in value of $1000. I was only credited one payment of $496.03 and $ 62.17. I was told by Isaac that he would cut me a check of $434 to be sent .
