We are so happy with our new closets! They were easy to put together and the quality is just amazing. The design options for other rooms in your home make this company a great choice if you want some more designs changed around too - they have everything from bedroom outfits all the way down through laundry room necessities, which means there will never again be anything left out when it comes time grab something off-hand or go back downstairs asking what's up yet again..
We ordered a walk-in closet for our guest room from Bienal closets and had an extremely unpleasant experience. We placed the order on September 7, 2022 and the delivery date was supposed to be in 12 to 14 weeks according to the contract. However, we had not received any updates until the agreed deadline passed. I could not even reach the responsible person whether by phone or by email for a time. This company charges an arm and a leg for cheap products and very poor customer. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money with a good reliable and professional company there are a lot more out there.
Our closet is fantastic! Staff did an excellent job developing it and modifying it with our desired revisions. She was pleasant to deal with and replied immediately to messages and phone calls. The installers were competent, efficient, and did an excellent job. Bienal Closets comes highly recommended.
