Okay, so I was really excited to try out the salt caves at the Bien Soigne Spa this past Friday, and let me tell you that I am so happy that I did! My girlfriend and I were over in Salem doing a little shopping and she asked if I wanted to try it and made the appointment. I was so happy that we went! I could not believe how relaxed I was, and I realize when we were leaving that I felt less achy and my knee that was replaced felt really fabulous as well. I’ve been to BS at least 4-5xs now. It’s a Beautiful , Clean place. I normally see Tammy for DT. Massages. Everyone is kind & Helpful. Love Every Single visit- From the Red- Light Therapy Saunas- Then the massages and after, The pink Himalayan sea salt cave.
