I had the body glow treatment done by Joanne this morning and it was the best experience I have ever had at a spa. Joanne is not only so professional, down to earth, and comforting- she is amazing at what she does. I have a 17month old at home and haven’t done much for myself within that time. The owner lady is very rude!!! I was interested in a special spa package for a friend’s birthday, & asked her what she had to offer. She 🥶 coldly told me to look on line for the information.She’s a stuck up snob!
A friend from church regifted a gift card to me because I happen to live in the immediate area. I decided to swing by so I can find out the balance on the card. I honestly was blown away by the rude older lady at the desk. She straight acted like a fear based snob. When I first walked in I was little surprised how nice the front entrance looked. I’ve been to BS at least 4-5xs now. It’s a Beautiful , Clean place. I normally see Tammy for DT. Massages. Everyone is kind & Helpful. Love Every Single visit- From the Red- Light Therapy Saunas- Then the massages and after, The pink Himalayan sea salt cave.
