Took 2 days (days they were supposed to be open) for someone to finally pick up the phone, Kay. I wanted to do the full moon gong bath and a massage beforehand. Seems like they must only have one massage therapist on staff and of course he doesn’t work the day of the full moon. Not faulting him. Kay was nice enough over the phone, letting me know that they only do the gong bath if they have 6 or more customers and the massage therapist doesn’t work on that day, but told me she would ask him if he would come in to accommodate... read more
I received a massage from Gary who is absolutely lovely! He has such a sweet, calming, and professional energy that makes you feel comfortable right away. He is very attentive to client needs and has a great eye for detail. The massage was wonderful— firm yet smooth pressure the whole time. I highly recommend him if you’re looking to truly decompress!
I had the body glow treatment done by Joanne this morning and it was the best experience I have ever had at a spa. Joanne is not only so professional, down to earth, and comforting- she is amazing at what she does. I have a 17month old at home and haven’t done much for myself within that time. The owner lady is very rude!!! I was interested in a special spa package for a friend’s birthday, & asked her what she had to offer. She 🥶 coldly told me to look on line for the information.She’s a stuck up snob!
A friend from church regifted a gift card to me because I happen to live in the immediate area. I decided to swing by so I can find out the balance on the card. I honestly was blown away by the rude older lady at the desk. She straight acted like a fear based snob. When I first walked in I was little surprised how nice the front entrance looked.
