Huge BBQ fan....Not a fan of Biemer's. OK, let's get this out of the way. Brisket should be sliced no less than 1/4" thick. The brisket hear is sliced so thin, you can nearly see through it. Also, brisket should have some sort of color to it. I couldn't see the faintest hint of a smoke ring and the greyish color made me think it was a day or two old. It was also flovorless.
