Before my lease was up. they had a paint crew come in, didn't inform me. The paint crew stole my water bottles, paper towel rolls, my daughter's school work. Dumped everything I had put by the door in the middle of the room breaking a box of plates and in other areas. Made what I cleaned up a complete mess. Luckily I have pictures of what it looked like when I cleaned it. but I can't get the school supplies back, and they were sent from her school. I am absolutely outraged by this.

My Husband and I have been living at the Wyndridge Community since 2012 and have been very happy with our choice! The Leasing Staff (Lynn, Mark and Kim) are always helpful with every one of our requests! We are near Milwaukee, shopping centers, concerts at Whitnall Park. If you like to live in a peaceful, safe and well maintained apartments community, Wyndridge is the place to call home!
Bielinski is great to work with. Very responsive, great set up and nice amenities. I got my first apartment with Bielinski and they made the process of moving in super easy. After 3 years with them, I can't say I had many issues to address but when I did I was responded to in a timely manner and was taken care right away. They definitely maintain their properties regularly as well and provide a great living environment.
My son and I have lived in Wildflower Place Apartments for 6+ years and absolutely love it! It's on the edge of the city with a little bit of country due to the nature reserve behind it. We also love the convenience of nearby shopping, schools, and closeness to major roadways to get to work or take a day trip. Underground parking is a bonus in the winter! They lack maintenance support. The managers are nice, however their hands are tied. Lived there over a year and door buzzer failed to work 99% of the time. Still not working when we moved. Told waiting on parts! You are not allowed to leave secure door blocked, even though your guest is expected. Told, people have cell phones( what about delivery services?). Afternoon sun comes in livening room, dried out cheap window blinds, two ends snapped off when trying to clean! Reported, nothing fixed and then charged when I moved. To... read more
