I bought a Bielinski condo at Laurel Springs Villa in Jackson, Wis in December and was very happy with it until the spring thaw, It was not disclosed that my condo is built on a spring and I now have groundwater problems and the sump pump runs 24/7 and never shuts off, the noise is unbearable and it's hard to get a nights sleep with the floor and walls vibrating all night.
