Purchased a Yule Chime Party Bell from a third-party vendor who purchases product from Biedermann and Sons. The purchase was an impulse nod to childhood memories. When I got home, I opened the product, and it was of very poor quality, and it did not work as advertised. I later found out that this is somewhat standard for this product. The candles had to be lit to determine that it did not work. The third-party vendor would not take a return due to used candles.
