Vehicle broke down, wouldn't start. Towed it to the shop after I called and they said drop it off, it sat there for 16 days with no updates and they wont answer their phone and they had no idea what the problem was and said to "have it towed to a dealer"..then the dad calls me and said "sorry the kid is an idiot and said no we're gonna fix it" so it sat for 7 days after he said that.
