I applied for an apartment. Without my permission or knowledge they ran a hard credit inquiry that lowered my credit score. I applied at 8 apartments total. Bieck is the only company that has such disregard for applicants. Apply elsewhere.

I am currently living in an apartment run by bieck management. It is honestly terrible dealing with them. Here is my most recent experience with them regarding a carbon monoxide leak: I call my apt manager around 4pm on March 24 saying my carbon monoxide detector (that says replace by dec. 2015 on it) went off a couple times that morning and she says... "Ok well close all your windows and call me if it goes off again." It does an hour later and I call her back and she says "Ok well i'll be by to replace it in an hour, its... read more

Let's just say it's highly stressful to live in a Bieck Managed property... Mold growing in bathroom, took weeks before they attempted to fix the problem. On several occasions our kitchen sink was leaking - pooling up a significant amount of water in our cabinet and damaging some of our goods. We've had gas leaks - that went unreported for months... we were literally breathing in natural gas fumes causing all kinds of health symptoms because Bieck failed to check for (and properly manage) this.
