I have worked with Kim Lubinski, Marsha, and Rhonda since 2023 on my dad's guardianship and conservatorship. Kim gave me the confidence and the direction to put things right with dad's care and finances; Marsha makes sure my paperwork is correct; and Rhonda makes sure the bills are right and when I have an issue and Kim's schedule is already full, she always finds a way to squeeze me in. Absolutely feel 100% comfortable talking with them about any matter.

Very unprofessional. Was contacted by Mr Beiber about an inheritance. Asked to provide information about contacting siblings and told paperwork would be in mail, 4 months later I had to call and ask for it because it was never sent, and did not have mine or siblings info correct. I was asked to provide copies of certain things and I called to ask what information exactly and where to send it and was told he was not my attorney so basically any question I had he couldn't answer because my Aunt retained him, then this man told... read more
Matthew Bieber was incredibly rude during the ‘consultation’. I wasn’t able to even get two sentences out and he accused me of ‘fishing for free legal advice’, insinuating (I’m guessing) that I wouldn’t be able to pay. I wasn’t even able to explain what was going on and what I needed help with. When I told him he was being rude and not letting me even speak, he said I was ‘putting words in his mouth’ and abruptly ended the call with me saying he couldn’t help me. 10/10 would not recommend.
I met with Kim Lubinski for a consultation and she was great, she answered all my question and is able to handle what I need done very easily. She explained everything to me very effectively. I feel very confident that what I need to have done will be done accurately. Kim was very friendly and made me feel at ease right off the bat. I would highly recommend this law firm.
