Quite unfortunate because Dr. Lagnese is truly great. Her nasty rude front staff isn't worth the effort to try and get to her.
I have been seeing Dr DeCotiis for many years. Went for my my appointment 11/11 7:20pm and the young lady at the desk tells me I am not on the schedule. I received 5 text messages over the last 7 days two to confirm. When I went to show her on my phone she told me to get my phone out of her face which was 5 feet away. I have never been treated by a professional office like that in my life. She has issues and wants to dish them out on other people just looking for treatment. Very disappointing!!!
Dr. DeCotiis Is amazing. He made me feel comfortable with the very first visit. He's so professional, competent and caring. I had previously gone to another foot doctor who said that I shouldn't have surgery for my bunion and hammertoe. Instead he gave me monthly cortisone shots for the pain which did nothing. Dr. DeCotiis said that my foot was a challenge but he was up to it. I am now 2+ months post surgery and my foot is doing great. I can now wear normal shoes and the pain is gone.
