The Doctor can be a little short, but wouldn't necessarily call it rude. I mean he is originally from Canada. I don't have any complaints against his competency. The staff is very friendly and always enjoy seeing his nurse.
Dr. Bidwell is a great doctor, he doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but tells you how it is. Takes his time to listen to you, and provide excellent care!!!
if i could give this office negative stars i would i’ve never met a dr more rude than this man i wouldn’t send my cat to this office
