I had a very bad experience with this practice. In my opinion, their is a complete disdain for the well being of patients at this practice. They carry on as if they are doing YOU a favor by patronizing their business....My 80+ YEAR OLD grandfather woke up at 630 AM to prepare for his 1 hour drive to Dr. Bidstrup’s office. Per COVID guidelines, we called to check in for our I appointment 3 mins after our scheduled appointment time. That is when the receptionist cavalierly told us that the DOCTOR HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY! Horrible service they rescheduled my appointment 30 min prior to going and they don't take patient care serious poor communication with patients
