Was told my warranty covered the costs, and I was still charged
For some reason the first search results for Bidleman Ford's Service Department lists my personal phone number. I have called them several times to make sure this is removed and i have told the 6-8 people who call me thinking I am the service dept each day to also ask for the number to be changed. Yet I just got off the phone with another service customer. My husband and I just purchased our kia from Bidleman. Ed Nichols was our salesman. He was fantastic. He worked hard to get us exactly what we were looking. He was patient, understanding and gave us undivided attention. The rest of the Bidleman team worked hard and fast to get our kia ready and allowed us to pick it up earlier than expected. They were all amazing. We appreciate all your support and hard work.
