`I've had two Alpha Bidet seats in the past 8 years and it works wonderfuly for medical isues. AFTER USING THE ALPHABIDET FOR TWO DAYS, I CONTACTED THE STAFF. RALPH RESPONDED QUICKLY ABOUT RESIDUAL DECAL MATTER NEAR THE LOWER PART OF THE LEFT FRON BIDET SEAT. I put in a call to BidetKing for parts for an Alpha Bidet. The call was routed to Ralph T almost immediately. He was VERY easy to work with, sharp and clear. The order was complete in minutes. The confirmation email came in while I was speaking with him. The part was shipped later that day as he said it would. All the way around, it was a very good experinece. We had questions about how to increase the pressure on the wash setting. Ralph was very helpful in the online chat to give us suggestions on our brand new Alpha Pearl BidetKing, installed yesterday. We had a Tushy and the water pressure was much stronger, so maybe our expectations are too high. We will give Ralph's suggestions a try and hope he had the solution.
