First impressions are key to any business and when my wife and brought in my dog today the older receptionist at the desk was very rude and unwelcoming to us which I find shocking at a vet office as this doesn’t make the owners feel good leaving their pets to an atmosphere like this. But thankfully the vet Jennifer saved the experience by being so nice and compassionate to my dog. Probably deserved a 4 star but the initial encounter brought them down to a 3.
We love taking our dog here. The staff are so friendly and informative. Would highly recommend. :)
