Huge shoutout to Biddle's Service, especially Mario Sotelo, the tech who came out to fix it. It's Thanksgiving week and I called this morning on Monday at opening at 9:30 am and asked to have someone come out as soon as possible to repair a flow error causing the tub to not heat. With family coming into town for the holiday, a real bummer to have a non-functional hot tub. Mario was at my door in less than 2 hours and had the system fixed and up and running in less than 1 hour. He was great and taught me a few tricks as well ... read more
Biddle’s installed our “inground” hot tub 3 years ago. We’ve used it regularly ever since. His installation was well conceived and executed. We knew Biddle’s was our go to guy for our inground heated pool which he did about 18 months ago. He made the pool blend in perfectly with our existing landscape. He is easy to work with and makes sure things are done right. We are very pleased with both projects.
We have worked with Biddles Pool Spa & Patio for two big landscape and pool projects. Each time, Greg & his team have done a great job. It is not always the fastest project, but we have been very happy with how the job turns out. We love our yard now!
Biddle's Pool & Spa created an incredible backyard experience for us. Our pool is beautiful, boasting a unique design which features a large spa and infinity edge.
