Called retail about winterization chemicals. Had question since had heard of placing algaecide in which seemed unneeded. Asked that question, heard a quick no and quicker hang up. Hah. Thanks!
We could not be happier with our beautiful backyard oasis. Greg visualized the best placement for our pool using our space perfectly. The Biddle team executed every artist design I requested. They researched and implemented every new material, no matter how difficult. It was a pleasure working with working with Greg and his very hardworking, amazing team. It was an all around team effort. Perfection takes time and patience.
Huge shoutout to Biddle's Service, especially Mario Sotelo, the tech who came out to fix it. It's Thanksgiving week and I called this morning on Monday at opening at 9:30 am and asked to have someone come out as soon as possible to repair a flow error causing the tub to not heat. With family coming into town for the holiday, a real bummer to have a non-functional hot tub. Mario was at my door in less than 2 hours and had the system fixed and up and running in less than 1 hour. He was great and taught me a few tricks as well ... read more
