We just purchased a second home in Sedona and needed a lot of work done on our pool and spa. The job started out small but we found Greg and Paula very responsive even for a smaller job. The communication was always fast and the follow up was awesome. We liked their work so much we decided to have all the work done that we could afford. The did great job laying in new Flagstone to replace old cracked coping, upgrade our equipment to a salt water pool and all new fencing. No follow-up service from Biddle. I bought a spa, i2 yrs. later it's making strange noises. I called four times, talked with FOUR different people - Mary, Austin, Shane, Marsha asking for a service call. NEVER got a call back. I recommend do not patronize Biddle.
