Excellent customer service and extremely professional company. Jack provided us timely reminders the week of our scheduled appointment and called us in advance ahead of the scheduled arrival time. All the work was thoroughly explained before and after the duct cleaning. The service was outstanding and I highly recommended Bloodstone's Heating & Air Conditioning Services.

Provided a service in June on our home and was supposed to give me a quote for it. After the job was done I reached out the next day and asked how much I owed. Mike stated he would email the info over…. 5 MONTHS LATER I received an invoice for the job having not known how much I was going to be charged. This is very poor business management.
