THEY CANCELLED ON US AT 11:15 PM WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GET US AT 12 AM FROM OGUNQUIT WITH NO REASONING. THEY GAVE NO REASON AND LEFT US STRANDED, NO UBERS WERE AVAILABLE AT ALL, WE WERE STRANDED. DO NOT USE OR RELY ON THEM FOR A RIDE HOME. THEY DIDNT GIVE US A REFUND EITHER WHEN WE HAD ALREADY PAID. DO NOT USE THEM.
Absolutely Awful! I honestly have no idea how this man is still in business. I scheduled a pick up with them for noon today. I spoke with the owner on the phone TWICE and he confirmed the pick up just a half hour prior to the pick up time. Noon came and went. I called but the owner wouldn't pick up and his mailbox was full so I couldn't even leave a message. 1pm came and went....2pm came and went.....I had to call a friend to come pick me up. I sure wish I had checked his google reviews before I booked with him. Lesson learn... read more
