Would be nice if they had a 24 hour help line.
I'm very unhappy with this bank, because they did not take a search therw a check. Cash it without even checking to see if the check is good or not before I needed the money. Very poor service because when I provided the information for them to call and fix the problem. They say they don't have nothing to do with it. They force me to pay. That is why the police will be called and reported, dealt with professionality. I'm not going to put up with the rudeness and disrespect from the managers over there.
