I got there at 3:42 and waited until 3:55 for the technician to tell me, and the 4 people waiting behind me that he already took his last patient for the day. I was on a break from work so it would have been nice if he had put a sign up stating he wasn't taking anymore patients.
There is some pageantry this guy does every time with the clock and exhale if you arrive too close to closing time. I assume they get to leave at least 15 minutes early if there are no patients. Always ironic when people in medicine don’t understand or appreciate that not everyone works 9-5, 7-3, etc.
I should have done a review for Steve years ago. He’s very calm, knows what he’s doing and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. And you barely feel a thing. I’m grateful for his expertise and good nature.
