I didn't have the wait time problems other mentioned. Waited about 10 minutes after an 8:00 arrival on a Tuesday in June. The drawing staff were friendly and professional.
Wait is ridiculous. Has bell to ring and no one shows up. Last person was here at 8.25. We got at 9.00 and stuff member never came out we called bell 3 times then we had to go in and find her to come out and start taking blood. Get more people working here.
4/4/25 Update: they're open 5 days a week again, but the wait time is ridiculous. They don't take appointments, walk-ins only, so I walked in at 9am to find out that the individual who had signed in at 8:15am had yet to be called. And then it was another 15 minutes before they were called in. People in the waiting room said they had been waiting over an hour. OVER AN HOUR. So unprofessional. Why even both opening this location if you're going to be that slow? And I'm so tired of them using the short-staffing as their excuse.... read more
Long wait for my husband , almost an hour. When I worked at Jordan laboratory, this would never be tolerated.. BID has lowered the bar , so local patients are now negatively impacted.
