The condo HOA hired them to do all of the units in our building. They cleaned the duct but they left the dryer unplugged, tore the vent tube, and removed the laundry door but did not put it back on correctly. If you use them make sure you make sure you do not have the same problems!
Updated review!! Used these guys again to come clean the dryer vent in a condo we recently purchased. I thought I needed a new dryer so called these guys to come out and clean the vents before I spent the money on a new appliance. It was a very complicated and problematic venting system and these guys figured out the issues immediately. They made changes to the venting system before cleaning it extensively.
