Well stocked store and knowledgeable staff. The only thing you can do better is have some more range beyond Trek and some more lower prices items.
John and the rest of the team are always friendly, personable, and willing to help. I purchased new wheels and had a bike fit, and I really appreciated the time they took to share their knowledge with me. It was a great experience overall, and I have already recommended the shop to a few colleagues.
